I was a new seller here, due to a unknown mistake to me, where I sold an item by a brand and there was a mix up with branding, however a weird and unusual but account was suspended in early December 2019 _ over 2 years ago. Over the 2 years I sent in numerous appeals but to no luck the account has not been activated. I tried to get the funds I earnt to my bank but not been able to.
Then I came across an article that Amazon was allowed to keep funds for 90 days and after that I was to send an email for disbursement, which I did. However I have not got a reply and funds are still on hold.
What do I do?
I no longer bother that I sell on Amazon but at least get my money.
