Amazon FBA order pending for 50 days and counting
I received an FBA order on 23rd of March 2023, and the buyer is Amazon Business EU SARL. This order has been in a state of pending ever since. This means I have not received payment for those items, yet the items have been reserved and I cannot sell them. I have opened two separate cases to address this issue, spoken to two different human beings, yet I keep receiving the same automated response which takes no account of the issue raised. According to Amazon’s own response, the order should have been cancelled within 7 days if no payment is received, or up to 21 days in some cases. I have stated in both cases that the order in question is over 21 days old, yet I keep getting the same response. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Thanks
