Amazon Refunds - Returns or Late Deliveries?

by Seller_AeSYBToQ271lM

I’ve been on holiday mode for a few days now. I’m getting a lot of refund emails from Amazon where they are obviously refunding customers for FBA items. Are these always solely returns? I know Royal Mail has delays at the moment, could some of these be Amazon refunding because they have arrived late? Is there a report I can run for refunds? I know I can see one for returns. Also what happens for the ones delivered late or lost in the post that Amazon refunds, does the money come out of my account and then Amazon pay me back?

Were they s&l ? If returned, they should go back into stock for resale depending on your settings

Some are and some aren’t. The refunds are for both. Basically I guess what I’m trying to figure out is where can I see the information/report for these refunds. I know I can see returns but that doesn’t equate to refunds?
