Amazon seller account deactivated. can anyone please help
Hi everyone.
My amz seller account was suspended as by mistake I entered incorrect business type.
I received an email from amz stating I need to change it in order to start selling again.
In the options given to choose the type of business I own are:
1.State owned business
2.publicly listed business
3.privately owned business
4.charity
5.None, I am an individual.
Which of the above should I select.
I previously selected option 3 and 5 but amz keeps sending notifications to update business type
I am a sole trader based in Ireland but registered for UK vat and store and sell in amazon uk
Can anyone please help me with this.

I have had the same issues i moved my account from business down to individual and they deactivated my account
Has been deactivated for 4 months now - never get a proper response from amazon and currently got £1400 sitting in my account they wont let me touch

Hi, If you are sole trader then You will be classified as individual. Option 3 you use when
you own Ltd company.

I have got the same issue, going through reverification, just confirmed privately owned business as that is what I thought was correct, now realise not so. Will have to wait & hope I can change it and dont end up deactivated.

Just an update. I emailed managingdirector@amazon.co.uk address on the 5th August. However I still have not heard anything back from them. I am not sure how long to wait for a response, this is all very frustrating. Everything would be so easy if there was someone to call.
