Does anyone sell clothing on amazon.com . Wonder if you could answer any of these questions please:

1. Are there any additional requirements/regulations for selling clothing in America? (other than the care label requirements which I am aware of).

2. I heard about having to register for something in every single state? Is this true?

3. Do we need to obtain any certificates for selling in the USA/Canada?

4. Do you send directly to the FBA centres in the USA? if so can would you be able to advise which courier is best?

5. Do you know if there is any duty to be paid once the goods land in the USA and if so what percentage?

6. For childrens clothing, I am aware that their sizing is different to ours I. 3T 4T 5T instead of 3-4 years etc. Do you re label all your products with the new sizing or just send the items with the English sizing on as they will have the FNSKU related to the size variation on the .com website?
