Can using a VA put your account in danger?

I was just reading another topic where someone had their account deactivated and The_Little_Shop asked them if they were using any VAs. I wondered why this question was asked but didn’t want to hijack that particular thread.
Can using a VA be a danger to your account? I use a VA so I am worried.

I’m sure Chris will be along in a minute. The incident there was whether the person was using somewhere that might have an address attached to a closed account or a third party prep area again possible attached to a closed account.

If say anothr amazon seller was using the virtual address (and you would need a good reason to use one not that you are based abroad and attempting to avoid net p status) thaere have nbeen manycases where sellers from pakistan amongst others all use the same address in the uk it goes along ok until 1 fails on something else then the whole deck of cards come down.

I was told previously if using a VA it is advisable to use a VPN (virtual private network). So that all log ins are recognised to be from a single IP address, I don’t know if that advice is still applicable?

I’m wondering because I may soon need to hire a VA, any additional advice/tips in this respect would be most welcome - thanks
