Amazon stopped selling our fba stocks because our name and address are not the same as German vat certificate. Even though we received a confirmation letter from the German tax office stating that it is not the same due to the abbreviation and corrected our addresses, it is constantly rejected with an automatic response. It seems that the address is checked by a robot, not a human. After trying more than 10 times and made also change on amazon seller central, Our vat is verified now. It took 2 months to fix only vat verification.But not finished, amazon is re-verifying our account information, we have been waiting this for 10 days and we cannot sell or remove our FBA stocks for 2 months and Amazon applies significant amount fba fees and fba long term storage fees from our credit card every month. We don't even know when amazon will verify our account and how long they will charge fees. System blocked us to create remove order and sell products.Still waiting for losing some more money.This is not business!
