Click & Drop and HSS Codes - Possible Issue

Hi all,

Just wanted to make those of you who use Click & Drop, aware that they have introduced a new feature for dealing with the HSS codes. This new feature could make your customs labels incorrect by altering the HSS codes and descriptions for your products, potentially allowing problems at customs and parcels not getting delivered…

I discovered this on Friday when I noticed the descriptions and HSS codes of my products on the CN labels had changed from what I had entered, and in some cases to a completely different product not at all related to the item I was sending.

I contacted Click & Drop customer services and they replied with the following:

Thankfully the new feature can be turned off.

Just thought I should make this potential issue known.
