Compliance Reference

by News_Amazon

We have launched Compliance Reference tool to help you manage your compliance obligations and stay up to date on changing requirements.

Compliance Reference provides information on compliance requirements for products, such as import or export regulations in the country you want to ship from or sell in. And on the requirements if your product is subject to Product Assurance requirements such as a toy, a baby product or contains a lithium battery.

At this stage, the tool doesn’t include all products with compliance requirements, such as dangerous goods, chemical products or food products. We’ll continue to add products to the tool in the next six months and will update you whenever new categories are added.

To find out more, go to Compliance Reference tool.

I have found the best way to deal with any Amazon compliance problems is to simply delete the products from all of Amazon and sell it through other more stable sales channels.
{Moderator Edit (Jessica) Inappropriate comment removed} It also saves you many headaches and you can then concentrate on your business instead of searching for and sending thousands of documents time and time again as the reps loose them.

Unfortunately you see time and time again on here, the reason amazon has to now be so strict with all sellers is because a small minority are PLing toys, beauty, baby and supplements etc with absolutely no clue as to what they are doing
