Anyone who can advise what to do? We have contacted the customer several times (filed messages via Amazon messages) and asked them to return the products/parcels according to and inline with the stated terms. But the customer does not respond, besides claiming the refund to Amazon. Now Amazon has refund the full transaction 922 Euro…(!) To me this is theft/fraud - with the help of Amazon. How can such occur? Thanks for your advisory in this case.
