Anyone know the difference between a ‘customer review’ and a ‘customer rating’?
I have a greeting card (made and produced by myself, so no other sellers) and only sold 2 since starting (fairly new to here). One buyer left a 5 star review - not on each of his purchases, but just a general profile/seller review. As far as I can see, the other buyer left no feedback at all.
But, on the actual product page it says 1 rating of 1 star out of 5 with “There are 0 customer reviews and 1 customer rating.”
I can’t see where, how and what customer ratings are and where they come from. Is a rating just someone clicking 1 star and leaving no feedback? I thought that wasn’t possible. I thought you had to add a comment before it would allow you to submit.
What good is feedback if you can’t see where it came from and what it’s about.

I should add, the 5 star seller review is showing up in my dashboard. But the rating review, nowhere to be seen and therefore nothing I can do about it.
