We sold an air bed a few weeks ago and the customer requested a return the week after due to it being damaged. We Just received it back from amazon and after opening it we have found that the item is an old burst one with urine and makeup stains on it but returned in our sent out box. Its a different products code(old series no) and its dated 3 years old.
will amazon charge the customer again? do they have a fraud department for this type of thing?
