Delivery times to customers when using PAN-EU Seem very long
Hi all.
Recently I was able to send some stock to an Italian fulfilment centre to kickstart our PAN-EU sales again after a long break.
The stock seems to be propagated across Germany, Italy and France (PAN-EU was Turned off in Spain due to no VAT number at present). However, when I go on to Amazon France, for example, and enter a Paris postcode, the quickest delivery time I have is the 15th of October when ordering an item today.
It could be different if I had Prime in that region, but I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing regarding sending stock there. Perhaps I needed to send more inventory? It might be spread too thin…
Any ideas?
Thank you!

I would imagine it’s one of two things.
The stock simply hasn’t got around to enough warehouses yet, or the stock is spread to thin.
Take a look at your reports and see where the stock is actually stored. That will give you a better idea as to how to proceed with it.
