EFN enabled but not able to return EU inventory to UK address?
Hi,
Enabled my UK FBA to EFN, so some inventory has gone to EU warehouse.
e.g. France customer return to France FBA, I cannot get these inventory return to UK?
On the fulfillable/ unfillable auto removal, there is no UK country code for selection?
Am I missing something?

Do you mean a small amount of inventory has gotten stuck there? EFN doesn’t facilitate movement of stock to warehouses in the EU, it would remain in the UK.
EFN returns are supposed to go back to the home marketplace.
If you follow the various help pages for removals you eventually get to this message:
“Important: Incoming and outgoing cross-border returns for the UK are currently disabled.”

This is the reason we had to turn EFN off. All our returns were stored in the EU, and not returned to the UK as promised. We had de-registered for VAT in the EU countries, so couldn’t risk having stock stored. Amazon refused to guarantee the stock would ever be returned to the UK.
Sad really, it’s almost as though the UK FBA team promised something that couldn’t be delivered.
