Information on secondary packaging volumes used by Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) to ship your products is now available in Extended Producer Responsibility reports. You must include secondary shipment packaging volumes in your packaging reports and forecasts to comply with the German Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Packaging Act valid from July 1, 2022.

Amazon cannot declare the secondary packaging used to ship your products by FBA service. For more information on this communication and the legal amendments effective July 1, 2022, go to the ZSVR website.

To view secondary packaging volumes for FBA shipments in Germany:

1. Download the secondary packaging report on Amazon Extended Producer Responsibility reportsfor the required period, starting July 1, 2022.
2. Open the report, in the AMAZON_MARKETPLACE column, filter value to amazon.de. Next, in the EPR_CATEGORY column, filter value to Secondary packaging. Now, the PAPER_KG and PLASTIC_KG columns will show you the volume of paper and plastic used as secondary packaging to ship your products.
