EU Vat Registration

Does anyone have the current VAT selling limits before it’s required to register for a VAT number in each country? We’re shipping from UK amazon warehouses, not PAN Europe.
And can you shed any light whats happening with Brexit and how this will be affected, whether selling limits will be irrelevant and you’ll have to register whatever.

Amazon have provided lots of Brexit info here - essentially your EFN won’t be possible from the UK and there are VAT implications.
