FBA claiming items where not in the box
Can anyone advice please ?
I sent a box of 69 items into FBA , UPS collected the box and dropped it off but FBA are saying no units where scanned which basically means the box was empty which obviously is not true. Amazon are refusing to reimburse me as they say no items where scanned so what do I do ?

This is what amazon are telling me - Please be informed that the reason your units were not added to your inventory is that while processing this shipment, our fulfillment center team was unable to locate these units.
So UPS delivered an empty box which weighed 7kg when it was collected from me. This is just theft by amazon.
