FBA/PAN European VAT registrations

Hi
We have been using PAN European and amazon have been storing goods in Poland where we are not currently selling however we now have to regisiter for VAT as they are sotring goods, Can we specify where goods are and not sotred?

It is actually part of the PanEU setup, to register for VAT in 7 countries(ignoring .NL) and not just the standard EU sites.
Poland is one of these, so if you want to continue using PanEU, then you have no option but to register in that country also and if Amazon have already stored stock there, you have no choice in the matter anyway.
