FBA returned without shipping box or remote
Hi, we have a FBA return arrived back with us missing parts and packaging.
Obviously this is now unsellable without big reductions, how to approach this with Amazon?
Any suggests ‘Little Shop’ of knowledge?

Sorry, I didn’t spot the FBA part. You need to contact Amazon Seller Support quoting the reference that should be on a barcoded label on the return together with photos and claim for a reasonable reimbursement for the loss in value. You may have to fight for it.
I’ve done this when I’ve had the wrong item returned. Amazon won’t reimburse if the item is customer damaged (it’s in the return policy) but for “reduced value”, they should.

We may be in luck, Formovie have data updates, so we should be able to show they used it for a extended period and is now second hand too
