FBA shipment delivered but not checked in for over 2 weeks

is there anything I can do ? I dont see any option for requesting investigation and contacting seller support gives the warning “We are unable to manually expedite the process and Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance.”

Sometimes shipments can take a while to get checked in, as long as they show delivered then it should be fine. Unfortunately there is not much you can do as some fulfilment centres are busier than others, you just have to be patient.
