Hello, the seller here,
we have sent the goods from our warehouse on 12th December 2019 and on 15th December SOBA received my stock but they haven’t updated my stock in the inventory. We have created the case regarding this then they just say that the internal team is working on it and they are not putting on the internal team and this is also said that the case is being escalated and I am hearing this from last more than 20 day, and still there is no reply from internal team just we are calling the on case and we getting the same reply on it.
We are facing huge losses due to this
you people don’t care about the seller then why should we do business on Amazon, where the amazon team does the mistake and we have to face the problem.
