Got 4 VAT out of 5, what risks shall I take if I open Pan-EU

by Seller_z4LZRzAq9k2sz

Hi there ladies and gentlemen

I got UK, DE, FR, IT vat registration numbers and all of them been verified, except ES vat, had it enrolling right now, might need another 2 months.

Received a message from my Amazon account adviser manager saying I spent extra €40K for the cross boarder order shipping fee, that’s insane.

I’m despaired and need the Pan-EU running eagerly.

Can I open the Pan-EU now? If I open what risks will I take?

Please advice
Thank you

Unfortunately, once you enable Pan-European FBA, you agree to the following terms:

”When you enable Pan-European FBA, you agree to the Pan-European FBA Programme Policy and the Multi-Country Inventory (MCI) terms and conditions for storing inventory in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Czech Republic.”

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/ssof/configuration/seller-authorized-inventory-locations-settings.html/ref=ag_xx_cont_xx

Therefore you should register for the VAT in each of the countries listed.
