Handmade Application Rejected
I apply for Handmade. I am soy wax candles maker. My application has been rejected and I send email appeal and again again and again. I receive only automatic email. On the first response I receive information what I need to resend. I did and follow all instruction. No decision at all. I did ask again and again. Just automatic message. I am confused right now. “We would be happy to reconsider your application. Please forward the information requested as outlined in the application status message that you received to
handmade-appeal@amazon.co.uk” I already send all information and details . Few times and still nothing. I dont know what to do? Any advise please?

Did you manage to get to the bottom of this at all as I am currently in the same boat.
I have applied and been approved for a sellers account however the application for the handmade accounts keep getting rejected. Ive also emailed the same address as you have provided yet nothing apart from an automated email asking for a list of details which were provided. Seems like Im going around in circles and not getting to the bottom of what the application is “missing” for it to keep coming back
