Is it me being mad. I have come across this case a few times now. I use Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders for my ebay orders. Customer claimed that they did not receive the parcel whilst tracking shows it was delivered.
I asked Amazon Customer Service for more information and they just come back and said Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders neither have signature option nor can they provide a proorf of delivery. However, they are asking the buyer to provide proof for nondelivery.
I feel this is not fair at all, purely protecting Amazon 100%. If amazon cannot provide proof of delivery whilst they are asking buyers to provide proof of nondelivery. What if their delivery man just mark it as delivered but actually not deliverd. Also if they have not delivered to person, the delivery man is the only one there to know what happened to the parcel.
