Hello,

I created an LCL Shipment to Germany (from the UK) using the “Send to Amazon” page, created everything ready for the shipment but then I get the delivery “Via: Finsterwalder…” and the pallet labels show the polish address. When I sent this info over to Kuehne + Nagel (the amazon partner courier for LCL shipments to the EU) I’ve been informed that they will not do shipments Via a different country as the incoterms they use are Delivered at Place and the delivery address is listed as Poland both on the pallet labels and within their system.

Amazon just tell me that it’s fine and just ship to Germany… Has anyone else had any luck with this setup or can advise on what to do? Maybe I’m missing some seriously key details
