I currently can’t log-in to the ’ sellercentral.amazon.co.uk’ page.
It refused to go past the log-in screen last night and it’s doing it again now.
I can log-in ok to sellercentral-europe.amazon.com but the UK domain seems to be unobtainable.
I have just successfully logged in using Safari. I had no problems earlier, either.
I’ll have a try on Edge
I’ve just logged in and all is normal. Try clearing your cache and try again. What happens when you click the “Seller Account” link at the top of the forum - can you get in that way?
I had a similar thing happen with Firefox a few days ago.
I had problems on Chrome but not firefox, and not on my phone either.
Seems to be another glitch
I’m using Firefox.
I can log-in (via the Euro .com link) but the .co.uk domain is erratic.
I just wonder if there is a glitch affecting that domain or if Amazon is even deliberately downgrading it.
It’s the same with the forums - sellercentral-europe.amazon.com ok, but with https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/forums/ I can view it only as a guest.
Weird.
This happened to me about an hour ago. I solved it by clearing the browser cache and deleting cookies associated with sellercentral, and then restarting the browser. Hope this helps.
I had the same problem a few days ago ,so I used my partners iPad and that worked ok,also my iPad is really old so I deleted a few videos to gain more space and after that I was able to sign in OK.
Same issue here but only when using Google Chrome, worked fine with Safari.
I cannot sign in using Chrome - I tried that on my android tablet.
It started a few days ago for me on Chrome. Deleting the cookies fixes the problem, temporarily at least.
