Missing Items from Inbound - reimbursement of 0.00 GBP for the missing units!
Sent 4 Large boxes (4 items) to Amazon (the only items in the shipment - each box is 90cm x 90cm x 30cm - weighing 28kgs - each £200 retail value) - They went to ‘receiving status’ by Amazon - but then after 10 days - I am asked to send an invoice proving the stock is mine - so sent a copy of my suppliers invoice (in US $) - showing the items (and many others - it also shows my business name.
Then I get this:-
"We are confirming that the following units are missing from the fulfilment centre from shipment xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxx, 4
We’ve initiated a reimbursement of 0.00 GBP for the missing units. If we find units in our fulfilment centres with the same FNSKU, condition and expiry date (if relevant) as the lost or damaged units, we may transfer these units to your inventory instead of paying you the Replacement Value. "
What do I now do - as I have little confidence in Seller support?
Thanks

Out of interest this is what I have now received - might help other where Amazon have ‘lost’ your stock.
"As per the reimbursement reevaluation policy we need invoices from seller which should be in the following format :
Confirm the invoice is a copy the seller received from the manufacturer/supplier - we don’t accept Word Documents or Excel Spreadsheets as valid invoices as they can be edited.
Confirm the document isn’t a proforma invoice - it must have the word Invoice at the top of the document for it to be an actual invoice rather than a proforma one.
Confirm the invoice has a Terms section.
Confirm the invoice has a Purchase Order Number (PO#).
Confirm the item description matches the item description.
We apologise for making you take another step to resolve this. "

I've just had to lodge a Missing Items from Inbound with Claims Court and the Police as Amazon are refusing to reimburse. Nor will they provide evidence that the box was damaged.
