Multi country inventory

I have inventory in Italy, i would like to move this inventory to Germany.
I have active listings for this inventory in both countries, what is the best way to do this?

As far as I am aware, it is simply not possible to move stock from one country to another.
You would have to get it sent to a location in the same country, then sent back in to the new country.
Though if you are using PanEU, then the stock will automatically move between countries, to wherever it is selling.
