Mutliple "Charges" on my account for the same amount under "Other" -"Others"- No information
I could really use some help from a Mod here.
I have multiple refunds on my statements for the same amounts with no transaction information of why its being charged.
They are all for the exact same amount $20.67 and happen all at once right before my deposit. When making case with Amazon it has gone no where and they keep thinking I’m reporting a webpage error not a payment error.

The charges are under the “Other Section” in the statement
Transaction type: Other
Product Details: Others
No Order ID, No other details
About 10 of these transactions happen all at once in a day and has been happening for months now.
Advertising is connected to our credit card and I have verified the invoice showing our card was charged.
No Chargebacks on our account at all

Those amounts that you screenshot aren’t refunds to you, they are charges
Are you uk based ?
I think that section you maybe looking at is VAT calculation services - ie your invoices
Have you ever signed up to or investigated amazon vat services to do fba in eu ?
Or as you say dollars and its pounds , are you outside uk using amazon vat services for UK vat ?
