Not sure how patient I need to be

I have 10 listings that are now search suppressed because of ‘Potential Trademark Misuse’. Our products work with a well known piece of hardware so we include the abbreviated name in the title. I have searched for a conclusion and it appears ‘Compatibility Language’ is the solution.
Has anyone overcome this issue themselves by rewriting there listing titles using compatibility language?
