Postal service during virus lockdown

by Seller_yabbkUTrL64xK

Hi all, just a quick question. Royal mail have been terrible through the virus but i and am sure you all can understand the reason, we have refunded more buyers in the last couple of months than in the whole time we have been selling on Amazon…Just wondering if the negatives that will be coming through have anychance of being removed due to the virus? Anyone know anything? Or do we just put a comment basically blaming the virus and take it on the chin?

The negatives won’t be (unless they breach the existing rules) but they won’t result in a suspension. See this update of an announcement that was made several months ago
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/headlines.html?id=5188150378819285233&ref=nslp_at_2305844804735169795_nslnk_7

EDIT. You should also look at the other Covid announcements as they may affect you, for example, the extension of the returns window to 30 June for ALL purchases made after 15 February
