We recently sent another case of products to the Italian FBA warehouse and had to pay VAT when it enterred Italy. We are registered for VAT in Italy through Amazon so this month I filled in the additional data template showing import of goods to Italy. This triggers a negative VAT payment (reclaim) but how do I get that payment ?

Should Amazon pay the VAT reclaim to me or do the Italian authorities pay it ?

Before July it would have been offset against the VAT payment for sales to Italy but now Amazon automatically pay that to the authorities so I have nothing to offset against.
