Return of my products and account closure

Hi there

it has been almost 6 months that I requested my products to be returned. Then I would close my account with Amazon. However, I am still waiting for part of the products.

How can I get in touch with someone to solve this problem. When I go to reports on “Removal order details” still states as “pending”.

Please can someone from Amazon help me with it?
