Royal Mail End of Day Forms will not generate - Please help!
Help! I have been unable to generate the necessary “End of day” manifest from order reports. These are vital for Royal Mail and I have been unable to generate them since 6th April and I just get the error message “Sorry, we’re temporarily having trouble creating your collections forms. Please try again in 15 minutes”. I keep having to do hand-written emergency manifests, which are not only very time consuming and unprofessional, but also far more prone to error.
Does anyone know how to fix this, as I have contacted seller support three times and a chocolate teapot would be far more useful! The last “advisor” flat out lied to me and said I had to log out of chat and it would be fixed in a few minutes (I tried phone, chat, and email). I attach a screenshot
