Royal mail labels printing to Dymo 4XL

Hello,
Has anybody managed to get the Royal Mail P6709 labels used for CnD to work with a Dymo 4XL? According to RM CnD support it can be done but there not sure how. Every time I try it prints the first inch then stops and says out of paper. If I have to buy a new thermal printer I will but I’d much prefer to use what I already have with the free labels RM offer.

Can’t help with a 4XL (although I have got one) but if getting a new printer you can’t go wrong with a Zebra GK420 you get free royal mail thermal labels for that one as well (we’ve got 3 of them)
