Hi, does anyone else have issues sending here, I find its literally a coin flip if things are going to get through. always put the same info, sometimes it works other times gets stuck at customs for months before being returned.
The last time I was contacted by P2G asking for the import tax number and a phone number for the receiver.
Does anyone have a phone number for the warehouse?
And does anyone know the import tax number?
When I last contacted Amazon they told me there is no phone number.
Literally just told me to to go away as they can not help.

We always ship to CDG7, and are yet to have an issue with them.
In answer to your question though, the import tax number should be yours, as you are in effect, the receiver. (In name only.) Likewise, you can list your own number as a point of contact, as it is you that will need to resolve any issues.
Amazon will not supply their import VAT number and a contact number for the FC.

It is customs our stuff seems to get stuck at.
I do not suppose you have a picture at all of your customs form?
Because I really can not seeing what is wrong. As I say sometimes yes its fine others no.
Do you pay import fees upfront maybe? As one time I actually had a text from UPS, paid via the link and went through ok.
