Shipment Barcode Scan issues
Hi All,
I have printed my fnsku barcode on my product for the first time and sent the shipment to amazon.
It was checked in on 22nd March but as of yet no units are available which makes me worry that maybe there is something wrong with the barcode?
In comparison, another shipment was checked in on the 23rd and half the units have been made available today to sell via prime.
Does anyone have any idea how I can find out more about whether there is something wrong or when I can expect to hear back if there is an issue with the barcodes?

It is more likely that they just haven’t got to it yet. They don’t always work in date order so later shipments can sometimes be completed first. If there was an issue with the FNSKU you’d have either a notification, stranded inventory or a defect on the shipment as a minimum.
