We had sent a shipment to LCY2 fulfillment centre on Nov 2019 and has not yet been processed. We have raised a case with seller central number of times, I just get a fix reply that when yours shipment will be processed your inventory will be added. We have also raised with seller performance but no solution. Has anybody faced similar problems before. What is the time frame when Amazon accepts that the shipment is misplaced and we get reimbursement.
Amazon is accepting that they have our shipment when we produced the proof of delivery but we are still waiting for response from Amazon when our shipment being processed.
Any help, much appreciated.
