Subscribe and save reporting stuck

I sell a few products through Subscribe and Save, but the dashboard has been stuck on 30 September for ages. It means I have no idea how many subscribers I have. I logged a ticket with Amazon, but it has been pending for well over a month. Has anyone else experienced this issue and does anyone have a fix?
