I have contact several time with amazon customer support to provide me more details about this 3 missing payments but they can’t provide any detail except trace ID, with this info bank can’t locate the payments
Could you anybody help with same issue

Check that your bank account / charge method don’t need verifying. If not, what does the disbursement tracker say for each one?
