A+ Listing and Sponsored Banner Ads

Even though, I have already registered my brand with Brand Registry I still cannot create A+ listing and banner Ads. Please advise. Thank You

as of 14 days ago your brand registration wasn’t going through - is that sorted now ?

We are experiencing the same issue. The Amazon support is taking us in circles. Brand registry support says to contact through Seller account and the Seller account claims its a Brand registry problem.

This seems to be an recurring issue for multiple sellers out there.

Lets hope that they can find a solution to this,
