Customer stated they didn’t receive their order so raised an a-z that Amazon granted them. The order was sent Royal Mail Tracked. The tracking states they tried to deliver on 24th Jan and parcel was collected 25th Jan from the Royal Mail depot.
Whenever I collect parcels, I have to produce ID to collect the parcel.
I thought this was a simple a-z and was extremely confident that we would win, but she had contacted Amazon saying she hadn’t received her order. Amazon found in her favour and are not taking note of the tracking information I sent them.
