Account has been deactivated due to Infringement Type: Counterfeit on 3 seperate ASINs
We sent plan of action admitting listings were sold against in error for 2 of them and the 3rd was a custom listing that used a trademarked phrase
We held our hands up in the root cause and admitted our mistakes but they have replied with the below
– Greater detail on the root cause(s) of the infringement.
– Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve the infringement issues.
– Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent infringement going forward.
According to phone support the issue is the root cause? We admitted mistake and lack of understanding of copyright but they are saying copyright not the issue?
Any advice on what to say for the root cause?
