Account deactivated despite zero policy violations and never sold before
Hi All,
I have been trying to set up my account to start selling on Amazon but it appears my account is deactivated despite me having zero policy violations (screenshot below).
I have nothing in my performance notifications and nothing on my dashboard which would explain the account is deactivated. I have also been through the identity verification process and that seems to have all been fine - although they never requested a video verification which seems a little odd.
Any ideas?

I have the exact same issue - it tells me to resolve that I have zero policy violations - what do I do?
