No, if they have suspended your seller account for being related to another account then they mean that there is a link between your seller account and another, suspended [usually] seller account.
That link could be anything related to you such as name, address, bank account etc.
This suspension will have nothing to do with whatever email address you used to apply for an Amazon flex job.
For the best advice please post the notification that you recieved to say you were suspended.

The Customer Support won’t be able to assist you with a suspended account. Suspensions due to the use of multiple seller accounts without a prior permission from the Seller Performance are no different than any other suspension.

You will need to write a Plan of Action and then appeal, either through the Seller Central or by e-mailing seller-performance@amazon.co.uk.

When your account gets suspended due to being related to another seller account which may not be used to sell on the site, it means that Amazon detected that it shares some information with another storefront, which is currently suspended.

It could be anything - e-mail address, phone number, bank account, credit card, inventory, SKU patterns, IP address usage patterns…

The link could have been created without your knowledge - maybe an employee logged into your account using his own computer or device, which was also used to access another account. Or someone else’s credit card was entered only to pay for an order in the buyer side of your account.

In order to appeal a suspension like this, you will firstly need to find the exact cause of the link.

Whatever you decide to do, don’t open a new Seller Account to circumvent the suspension, otherwise you will kill your last chance of being able to get reinstated.

Here are some instructions on appealing:

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please send a plan of action that explains:
– The root cause(s) of opening multiple accounts on Amazon.com
– The actions you have taken to resolve your multiple accounts
– The steps you have taken to prevent the continuation of having multiple selling accounts going forward
