I tried to open a European account but shortly after account creation my account got suspended.
I sell on North America account with no problems.
For over 1 year my UK account is deactivated and i receive no answer to my appeal letters.
Please advise.

You are going to have to do a little better than that, to get some help here.
Unfortunately we do not see to your account and we don’t know what was behind your suspension.
Can you post here original suspension performance notification as well as your POA and their latest response?
This will allow to give you some advice.
