Account Reverification Query & Monthly Subscription Refund
Hi, I have some queries related to my account reverification & monthly Subscription refund query.

I currently have an Amazon seller account on LTD base. My account is verified and currently running as a professional plan. The question is, If I downgrade it into individual plan and then again upgrade into professional plan, will Amazon reverify my personal and business identity? Will Selling Privilege’s Stop for some days?

My account was just one month old. I want to refund my Professional membership fee because my last month has 0 sells. I know the procedure how to take refund (downgrade your account and open the case). The main query is the card from which I paid the membership fee got blocked due to expiry date. If Amazon pay the refund in this card, the fee will waste. Can I add a new card and ask Amazon to refund me on new card. Will it make sense? If no, What should I use to refund my money ?

No they won’t and no they don’t
You need to ensure your card on account is active otherwise they will restrict account access
You can ask for a refund but its at their discretion if they refund or not
