Hi,
My account status was invalid, I want to this valid, or reactivate or hard delete.
but I cannot reach help for this,because “This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel.”
but I cannot appeal becouse appeal screens closed?
what can I do?

You need to use the email address that you signed up your account with.
But you should be able to contact them from within the support pages, or notifications if you have one.
You would however be better off actually describing the issue and you will get some help with it here.
Any notifications received etc?
