Account suspended because of two accounts
I set up an account in September but sensed (rightly or wrongly) that it was taking too long to work. So after 2-3 weeks, I set up a second one, utterly unaware that this was against Amazon’s terms of business. I was naive and assumed I could just write and say that it was my mistake and that could they close one account. I’m an author with a book, so nothing very complex and so I had assumed this was easy.
Unfortunately, this has now dragged on for six months with the robots asking for info but it’s only 80% clear what they want. I’ve tried more times than I can count to ask them what I need do and now all I’m told to do is to look at my
Performance Notifications - which is all clear and in good health. So I have nothing to redress and no I have been given no clues what to do.The attached shows the latest status and I fear I have lost hope now. I assume that Amazon will hang on to the £1200 of sales I made but that’s fine – if they want it they can have it. I just wonder if I should give up now and I am unable to find any help from them beyond robotized links back the screenshot page.

You need to get the oldest one restored first and then request to close it (assuming your sales were on the newest one) so what do you need to do to get the first one up and running?
