Account Suspended



We are looking for some help on this specific suspension. It originally started with being suspended for a policy violation with regards to mentioning price in our product descriptions.

We seem to have got past this now and we have had this reply. This now looks like it is more specific to a few ASAIN’S. I’m thinking it’s maybe some kind of trademark infringement?.

We own the brand and its currently with the IPO for registration.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This ASIN clearly is not in line with Amazon guidelines.

It is stating as fact that which has not been medically proven. Do you have peer-reviewed medical testing to support the claims of benefit to anxiety, pain and stress relief?

The entire product description isn’t a product description, it is a marketing line on why to buy from you. It still talks about pricing etc. and provides no information to the customer on the product they are looking at.


You should continue posting into your original thread, where I already told you what was wrong with your listings. There is no need to keep opening new threads.

You will need to write a Plan of Action and then post it here for feedback.
